Palletising Shutdown Analysis

To investigate problems occurring across multiple systems in the Palletising area a range of shutdown tests were developed and executed.

A&D Techeng provided the following services:-

• Shutdown test development and documentation
• Coordination of required suppliers and Cadbury staff to attend and approve testing
• On the day management, coordination and recording of test progression.
• Provide recommendations in report format.
